How to Qualify

  • ✅ Meet low-to-moderate income guidelines
  • ✅ Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident

What It Costs & Assistance

We work to keep repairs affordable:

  • Grant: Up to $20,000 toward eligible critical repairs.
  • Deferred Loan: 0% interest, no monthly payments. Only due when the home changes ownership.
